1. How long does it take to receive my order?
We process most orders in 1 to 2 business days. For ground delivery, we ask that you allow up to 10 business days to receive your shipment. Often your product will arrive much sooner, depending on your location. The Rush shipping time calculation begin AFTER we process the order and it is shipped out of our warehouse.

2. Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are required by Florida state law to collect 6% sales tax on any items (not including shipping charges) purchased by residents of the state of Florida. (Regardless of shipping destination.) Sales tax will not be added to any other orders. Items shipped into Florida but purchased by non-residents are NOT subject to Florida State Sales Tax.

4. What is your return policy?
Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Exchanges are for items received damaged or defective only. Contact us within 7 days of receipt in the case of damaged or defective merchandise to arrange the exchange. At our discretion we may select to refund the damaged or defective merchandise upon your request instead of exchanging it. The refund due will not include the original shipping fees and then be credited to the original credit card used to place the order. But you MUST contact us first at sales@porcelaindollsandmore.com.

5. How long have you been in business?
We have been selling on the Internet for three years. We take pride in both our products and our unbeatable customer service. We have two more websites with more to come. Our Sports Collectibles and Poker Chips and More.

6. What happens if an item is not in stock?
If you order an item that we find to be out-of-stock we will notify you as soon as we become aware if this and ship the items that are in stock at that time (if there are more than one item in the order). You will have the option to select another item, or receive a refund for that portion of your order.

7. Is my credit card and personal information secure?
Shopping at Porcelain Dolls and More is safe and secure. Our secure-server software encrypts your credit card number, name and address so that no one else can read it as the information travels over the Internet. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transaction. Our system does not even save your credit card number.

9. Do you ship to Foreign Countries, PO Boxes APOs, etc.?
UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. We apologize for the inconvenience, however only the US Postal service will ship to PO Boxes and they do not provide us with the quality tracking that we require for our customers. Some of our suppliers do have that option, so if your shipping address is a PO Box, please email us with the item name and number and we will check it for you. We do ship to APO (military) addresses, however it may take longer than regular shipping.

10. I've seen some Russian Porcelain on your site in the past. Why isn't it on here anymore?
Unfortunately we were having some problems with the Russian supplier, and realized that they are completely unreliable. So for now we have severed all contact with them and are in search for a new supplier for the Russian porcelain. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience to anybody who's planned on ordering Russian Dolls (again, or for the first time), but this is better for everybody.
