Note than when you input credit card information, the address bar will now display https: (indicating the secure server) instead of the standard web http. We utilize Mal’s eCommerce for our shopping cart. Transactions are being processed with up to 256bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data protection. (This is the highest allowed by current web browsers). Our payments are processed via AuthorizeNet, Google Checkout or PayPal.
Some of our products may come from different warehouses. This means you may receive more than one shipment from a single order. However, we strive to keep our shipping and handling as low as possible.

If any item you order is out-of-stock and needs to be back-ordered, we will contact you with that information as soon as we become aware of this. Sales tax of 6% will be collected on sales within the state of Florida only.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. For that reason we select only the best products. Once your order is processed by us, it cannot be canceled. Exchanges are for items received damaged or defective only. Contact us within 7 days of receipt in the case of damaged or defective merchandise to arrange the exchange. At our discretion we may select to refund the damaged or defective merchandise upon your request instead of exchanging it. The refund due will not include the original shipping fees and then be credited to the original credit card used to place the order.
If you order an item that we find to be out-of-stock we will notify you as soon as we become aware if this and ship the items that are in stock at that time (if there are more than one item in the order). You will have the option to select another item, or receive a refund for that portion of your order.
